Bullseye Coaching is an OD Compass product. At OD Compass, we believe that learning is the key to both personal and organisational performance and growth. However, we also believe that the full benefits from learning, and learning interventions such as coaching, is often lost because it is not fully captured, utilised or shared with others who would benefit.

With the exception of learning purely for pleasure, we believe that learning is ultimately an investment activity and that it is possible to design both the business function that manages and guides learning, and the programmes and interventions that it delivers, in such a way that they provide a measurable performance improvement (or return on investment) every time they are used. We also believe that once learning is properly captured and implemented, it can be shared more widely and that the ‘return on investment’ can therefore be increased many times over as a result.

This is not just a theoretical view, we have spent over 20 years collecting or developing the tools and knowledge needed to make it work in practice. Most recently, for example, learning and development programmes delivered under our leadership and guidance have been short-listed in the Learning and Development Category of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’s People Management Awards, in both 2008 and 2009.

The Bullseye Coaching Model and supporting methodology is the tool we use to do this for coaching. It was designed to enable coaches and their clients to fully capture, utilise and share the value of their learning. The Model was designed and tested in the United Kingdom by highly qualified and experienced learning professionals and coaches. In our opinion, Bullseye Coaching is the only coaching evaluation methodology in the world that fully captures the complete benefits and value of coaching.
