The Bullseye Coaching Model

The Bullseye Coaching Model is designed to evaluate and record the results achieved across five key outcome areas:

  1. Personal Resultswhat personal development changes has the client made as a result of the coaching and what impact have these had on their lives?
  1. Business Resultswhat business improvement changes has the client made as a result of the coaching and what impact have these had on performance and results?
  1. Wider Life and Relationshipswhat effect has the coaching had on their work/life balance and key relationships with those with whom they share their lives?
  1. Sustainability and Next Stepswhat tools, skills and actions has the client been left with in order to maintain their progress once the coaching has ended? and
  1. Return on Investmentwhat is the monetised (£) value of the benefits and outcomes recorded in the previous four sections?

The Bullseye Coaching Model thus enables coaches to fully capture and record the true value they deliver for their clients, for the very first time.
