Our business model is very simple:

• Your £25 registration fee gets you:
  • Everything you need to get fully up-to-speed with the tools and techniques behind the Bullseye Coaching and Escalator Evaluation Models, via our e-learning induction package;
  • A personal login account and access to our online Coaching Scorecard builder; and
  • Your first Coaching Scorecard to get you started as a Bullseye Coach.

• After that, each new  Coaching Scorecard will cost just £25 (price includes a free coaches’ feedback report for each Scorecard);

• Professional coaches additionally have the option of appearing on the bullseye-coaching.com and facilitator.org.uk online databases of professional coaches, which are searchable by individuals and organisations looking to purchase coaching services*;

• We will actively and regularly market these databases to coaching commissioners and purchasers, in return for which, you will pay us 5% of the value of any work you gain via the database.

* Because we market the database as a register of active and practicing coaches, continued registration is subject to a minimum usage of four Coaching Scorecards per annum.  We also reserve the right to remove coaches from our database if their feedback results are significantly and consistently below that of their peers, or if their practice is deemed to be adversely affecting the reputation of OD Compass Ltd, or Bullseye Coaching or its partners/members.
