The Escalator Evaluation Model ensures that:

  • The results and outcomes from coaching, or a programme of coaching, are fully measured and maximised;
  • The learning from the coaching is fully captured and utilised at every level; and
  • The value of coaching is fully deployed in its capacity to enhance and even transform organisational performance.  

Bullseye Coaches are therefore able to utilise coaching as an organisation-wide performance enhancement, or organisational development, tool.
